This session will provide an overview of the Psychological Professions ESR Coding Manual National Workforce Data Set (NWD) guidance documents - NHS Digital and provide a road map and case examples for how to:
Cleanse existing ESR data to align with the Manual
Enable correct coding of new starters, aligned to the Manual
There will be an opportunity to highlight areas of uncertainty and explore solutions.
